Purpose

Prior to taking a grad-level audio implementation class at RIT, I wanted to create a game that could use audio in interesting ways. By tying the game's battle system to the rate of an electric Pulse, I could create music that matched the rate of the Pulse and therefore, the gameplay. A collection of attacks, enemies, and block interactions also provided opportunities to implement varied one-shot sounds and loops. In Spring 2021, I'm currently in the process of implementing audio in these ways, in addition to improving the game in general.
